Before we turn over a new application or an integration we ensure that your assigned personnel are trained on it appropriately. We prefer to involve your own team into the development or testing process so that they gain the knowledge and transfer it to your business when the application has been turned over for use in production.

If for some reason it is not possible for your business to get your personnel involved in our methodology, we conduct classroom sessions and handle the turnover in our transitioning phase.
