Our GSA Schedule Contract offers: Easy to use contracting methods, rapidly executed task orders with minimum paperwork and maximum benefits.

Placing orders involves the following steps:

To ensure best value determination as required by FAR 8.404, services that require a statement of work must:

Prepare a performance-based Statement of Work (SOW).
Send your request for quote (RFQ) and SOW to three GSA Schedule contractors.
Evaluate and make a Best Value selection for placing task orders.
To fill recurring requirements involving higher volumes of business covering extended periods of time, Blanket Purchase Agreements are available. Benefits of Blanket Purchase Agreements include:
Reductions in paperwork and administrative overhead no need to repeat orders for on-going tasks.
Mirrors a full service-contracting vehicle, without the excess procurement and evaluation overhead/ costs.
Volume discounts can be negotiated based on potential volume of business best quantity.
